Peer-Reviewing Process

The process of reviewing is considered critical to establishing a reliable body of research and knowledge. The review process aims to make authors meet the standards of their discipline, and of science in general.

We use a double-blind system for peer-reviewing; both reviewers' and authors’ identities remain anonymous to each other. The paper will be peer-reviewed by two or three experts; one is an editorial staff and the other two are external reviewers.

The editor will pass the manuscripts that are accepted for publication to a publisher who will be responsible for organizing the editorial services and online printing of the publication.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available after publication on the EJ-MATH website to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics and Publication Malpractice Statement

The publication of an article in the peer-reviewed European Journal of Mathematics and Statistics (EJ-MATH) is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the authors, the journal editors, the peer reviewers, the publisher, and the society.
The ethics statements for our journal are based on the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Manuscript Withdrawal and Refund Policies

Authors can withdraw their manuscripts at any stage of submission, peer-reviewing, and copyediting procedures. However, withdrawals after the acceptance are not subject to the refund of the Article Processing Fee.
